Our work in manufacturing productivity improvement is done through the International SEMATECH Manufacturing Initiative, which chipmakers and suppliers can join directly without full SEMATECH membership.
ISMI is the only organization in the world focused exclusively on manufacturing excellence, driving solutions to major industry productivity challenges. ISMI’s mission is to proliferate innovations in semiconductor operations that enable productivity, cost and cycle time improvements in factories and equipment. We do this by:
- Creating protected networks to develop and share new ideas
- Providing innovative manufacturing and ESH technology solutions
- Benchmarking and best practices forums for continuous productivity improvement
